3. Hosting & server log files
Our website is hosted by [hosting provider]. When you access the site, your browser automatically transmits data that is stored in server log files (IP address, date and time, browser type, referrer URL). This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a secure and stable website and is deleted after [retention period].
4. Contact form & email
When you use our contact form, the details you provide (name, email, company, subject and message) are processed to handle your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered via [form provider, e.g. Formspree], which may process data on servers outside the EU. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Appointment booking
To book an intro call, we use [scheduling provider, e.g. Calendly]. When you open the booking link, the provider processes the data necessary to schedule the appointment under its own privacy policy. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
6. Cookies & consent
We use only essential, technically necessary storage. Your cookie choice is saved locally in your browser (local storage) so we don’t ask again. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Fonts
Web fonts are served directly from our own server. No data is transmitted to third-party font providers such as Google Fonts.
